For every custom order we place, we want to ensure the final product fits perfectly in your home. We offer free in-home design consultation and professional measurements for each project. Our interior designer will help you determine which product will be most suitable for each window. You will have the opportunity to browse through different fabric selection in our sample books and see how they work in your home.

To get the best advice, make sure you provide as much information to the interior designer as you can. If you purchased a new home, the following will help with choosing the right window covering for your décor:

All custom Pleats window covering orders come with installation and 10-year warranty. To ensure that your custom made window coverings fit perfectly in your home, we highly encourage you to book a free professional measurement with us. This will prevent any unexpected surprises or delays when we install your custom window coverings.
COVID-19 Protocols: We understand your concerns for health and safety during this time and we take precautionary measures at every step to ensure both the safety of our installers as well as yours. We regularly sanitize our showroom and wear masks in our workplace. Before entering your home, we will make sure the installer will sanitize and wear a mask. We kindly ask that all clients also sanitize their hands before handling any of our sample books.
