Product & Installation

We offer a 10 year limited warranty on all our products. This warranty covers the mechanisms, hardware components and installation. The warranty also covers motorization components such as the remote, smart hub, and battery for up to 5 years from the date of installation.

This warranty does not cover replacements for fabric wear and tear or stains from regular use. The warranty does not cover pilling, which is a result of normal wear, nor fading, which can be caused by overexposure to sunlight.

Each sale and installation is tracked on our system, so call or email us to see if your defective or damaged mechanism is covered under our warranty. This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.

This warranty does not include:

  • Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your choice of fabric or style, we offer a satisfaction guarantee program for products within 60 days of installation.
